  1. What are the Terms & Conditions for the label.m Creative Image Competition?

    To enter the label.me Creative Image Competition, you must email your image to labelme@labelm.com and provide the details requested. No purchase is required to enter this competition.

    The competition is open to individuals over the age of 16. Please note that the winner may be required to provide proof of age.

    The overall competition will run for 6 months and the final closing date for entries is 11.59pm on 31st May 2015. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

    The winning and best entries each month, as judged by the label.m international artistic team, will be shared on our social media platforms and considered for inclusion in the 2015 Look Book.

    There will be ongoing monthly winners, plus an overall winner, and the closing date for each monthly competition will be 11.59pm on the last day of each calendar month (i.e. the first closing date for the December winner will be 11.59pm on 31st Decemberp Entries received after this time will be entered into the next month's competition.

    Images for the Look Book will be selected on 30th June 2015 from all entries received. We will contact the selected stylists/salons by email who have 14 days to respond to that notification. If after 14 days we have not received a response then we reserve tp right to choose another Look Book entry.

    The overall prize at the end of the competition is a free place on the three day Creative Cut and Colour course at the TONI&GUY London Academy. The winner of this prize will be chosen from the entries put forward for the 2015 Look Book and announced at tp Mainstage event on the 4th October 2015. They will also be contacted by email. Once contacted, the winner has 14 days to respond to the notification that they have won. If after 14 days we have not received a response to that notification then the winner will forfeit their prize and we reserve the right to choose other winner

    label.m will not be responsible for the winners travel to the course, accommodation or any other expenses not specifically referred to and winners must make their own arrangements. Separate course booking terms and conditions apply.

    Entrants into the competition shall be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.

    Employees, their immediate family and household members of label.m or Mascolo Limited or anybody connected to this promotion may upload their image but are not eligible to win a prize.

    label.m take no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery is not proof of receipt by label.m

    The prize is not transferable, cannot be exchanged and there is no cash alternative.

    By entering into the label.me Creative Image competition, you confirm that any image submitted is wholly your own creation and the content and use by us of it does not infringe the rights of any third party. Each entrant warrants that they have obtained ap necessary consents and that all relevant parties featuring in/as part of their image (including models, photographers, make-up artists, etc.) have given their permission for inclusion in the entry. Individual Entrants must obtain the consent of their employer prior to entering into this competition

    By submitting an entry you confirm that you have the right to and grant Mascolo Group Limited t/a label.m and Mascolo Limited t/a TONI&GUY a worldwide perpetual, non-exclusive royalty free licence to edit, publish, translate, modify, adapt or make availabp the image in/on any media. Should you not wish to grant these rights to label.m and TONI&GUY then please do not enter the competition. We reserve the right to remove the image should a third party claim rights within it.

    The name and county of the nominees and prize winner can be obtained after the 4th October 2015 by emailing labelme@labelm.com with the subject heading label.me Creative Image Stylist Competition winner. Our decision is final and no correspondence will p entered into.

    The competition will be governed by English law and entrants to the competition shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

  2. What are your delivery rates?

    Shipping to UK addresses on orders over £19 is free; for orders of £19, or less, there is a charge of £2.95. Express delivery is also available and is offered at the checkout stage for UK addresses. Delivery charges outside of the UK will be calculated at the checkout.

  3. How will it be delivered?

    All items destined for UK addresses are dispatched by a 48 hour tracked courier service. We will send you an email after your order has been dispatched, confirming your order and providing you with an order tracker number so that you can trace the progress of your order. Orders outside of the UK will also be sent by a tracked courier service but depending on your location, delivery will take between 2-7 working days.

  4. How long will it take to arrive?

    Orders received before 4.30pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched that day, with delivery to UK addresses anticipated within two working days. If you are in a remote part of the UK, delivery times may be slightly longer than this. Orders outside of the UK, depending on your location, will be delivered within 2-7 working days.

    Orders received after 4.30pm Monday to Friday will be deemed to be received the following working day.

    If no one is in to sign for a delivery, the carrier will leave a card with a contact number. Please call to arrange an alternative delivery day. The carrier may make further attempts to deliver your order, but if you do not contact them using the information on the card then they will return the delivery to us. We will then refund the purchase price but not the delivery cost.

  5. My order has not arrived what shall I do?

    First, please go to the relevant courier's website and input the order tracker number included in your order email to track its progress. If your order has not arrived within three working days of your delivery estimate date, please email us at info@mascolo.co.uk and we will do our best to locate it.

  6. Our Returns Policy

    We hope you are pleased with your purchase, however, should you wish to return anything bought from the label.m online shop, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered and the goods should be in their original, undamaged packaging. This applies to all of our products with the exception of digital items where the item has been downloaded and video or DVD products where the item has been unsealed.

    If the item returned is not in fully resalable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. This does not affect your statutory rights. Due to strict hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of items such as scissors, clippers and razors which have been used. (This list is not exhaustive). We reserve the right to a second opinion from a third party if we feel a returned item has been used, but a customer is stating that the product is unused.

    To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please email us at info@mascolo.co.uk. Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.

  7. Return a Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item

    To return a faulty product or product delivered in error, please email us at info@mascolo.co.uk within 14 days for a returns authorisation number before posting the goods. Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the invoice with your return, and wrap the package securely.


    We will replace faulty products with the same, or refund back to your credit/debit card if the product is no longer available.

    Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 14 days from receipt of goods. If goods are not sent to us by recorded delivery and/or in cases where goods are lost or not received, we cannot be held responsible for any loss sustained.

    In the event of our sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must, if requested, return the original item to us within 14 days of our e-mail confirming the issue of the replacement item. Provided you return this item to us within the 14 days, you will have nothing more to pay. If you do not return the original item to us by the end of the 14 day period, we reserve the right to charge an amount equal to the price of your original order to the payment card you used for the order.

    We will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

  8. How do I review a Product?

    After purchasing goods online, you will be sent an email inviting you to leave a review for each product purchased. If you choose to provide a review it may be published on our site under the Reviews tab of the product it refers to. All reviews will be checked to ensure they do not:

    • Include hate speech, threats of violence, cursing, or libel
    • Include contact or personal information about another individual (phone number, name, etc.)
    • Include pornographic content
    • Harass another reviewer
    • Include references or links to other websites
    • Include content that does not relate to the product purchased
    • Include any copyrighted material

    In the event that a review contravenes any of the above, the review will not be published. We reserve the right to expand or edit these guidelines at any time as well as replicate any reviews outside of the website. We will also exercise our sole discretion in the interpretation and enforcement of these guidelines. Customers can request the deletion of their own reviews if they feel that they are no longer accurate depictions of their experiences; in these instances please email full details of your request to: info@mascolo.co.uk
